Push Notification Request Form

Please use this form to submit content that you would like to have sent by the My Membership Toolkit app push notification system to Monroe families. Push notifications are for REMINDERS so families do not miss an event or program. Any committee or event information that needs to be sent out should still go through the PTO Newsbyte submission process.

All content will be reviewed and approved before being sent; only PTO or school-related news and information will be sent via push notification.

Please try to give a few days notice before the push notification needs to be sent. Thank you!
