Do your kids love their yearbook? Are they pumped to create a science fair project? Is Family Fun Fest their favorite day of the year? We need YOU to help keep all our kiddos favorite Monroe events happening next year!

-PE Teacher for a Day
-Art Teacher for a Day
-Music Teacher for a Day

-Ride to school in a Firetruck
-2 Reserved Front Row Tickets to Spring Music Programs (1-3rd grades + Chorus)
-4 Reserved Front Row Seats at 5th Grade Culmination (2 winners chosen)

Kindness Week Starts Tomorrow!

The Monroe PTO is sponsoring Kindness week starting on 2/11! There will be a banner in the vestibule; we encourage all students to write down the kindness they see and experience this week, and share with their classmates by hanging on the banner. Small acts of kindness can have a big impact, we hope the students of Monroe have a wonderful week.

It's Kindness Week! Help the Monroe Kids Care Club support the Hinsdale Humane Society!!

This week is Kindness Week at Monroe! The Monroe Kids Care Club would like your help in extending kindness to our furry friends. From February 12th - 16th we will be collecting supplies for the Hinsdale Humane Society. This non-profit organization needs help to ensure the animals have what they need to be healthy and safe. Kids can bring donations to school or please contact our PTO committee at monroecares@monroeschoolpto.com for drop off options.

Monroe Community Partners Event with Country House Week of February 19th-25th

Country House restaurant is partnering with Monroe for a week-long Community Partners event! During the week of February 19th-25th, Country House will donate 15% of all Monroe-designated sales to the PTO in support of our students. Country House has been a western suburb favorite for 50 years!

Spring Picture Day – 2/21

Spring Picture Day is Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

All students will be photographed. No payment is needed at this time. A proof will be sent home that will include package pricing and ordering information.

Siblings currently enrolled at Monroe may be photographed together. Please fill out the form and return it to the oldest child's teacher. Last day to submit the form is tomorrow, Monday, February 12, 2024. Please note, if siblings have their pictures taken together, they will not be photographed individually.

PM Kindergartners need to come in the morning for sibling pictures. Individual pictures for PM Kindergartners will be taken in the afternoon.
